Our successful 3 year programme will help progress you from an Assistant Property Manager into a Property Manager with a portfolio of estates – and achieving AssocRICS. In 5 years you could become MRICS. We have mapped out all the competencies and linked them to particular working experiences, so you will know the path to follow and recognise how you learn with everyday work.
We have apprentice schemes across various teams including Estate Management and Facilities (site and mobile teams). These programmes will make sure you learn a profession gradually and will help you to build the foundations of your career.
JM Estates staff have full access to The Encore Academy - a comprehensive in-house training programme designed to be inclusive and interactive. Launched in 2017 to help our teams progress in their chosen career path, the Academy has been designed to complement their professional training and give them the skills they need to deliver exceptional levels of service to our clients. Sessions take place throughout the year and are delivered by experienced course leaders from our senior management team.
